What Does this pap Test Result Mean?

dear Sir,
my pap report is given below for your kind reference,
please suggest me am really very much worried about the report,
Pap stained smear shows predominantly intermediate cells followed by few superficial cells, parabasal cells. Occasional clusters of endocervical cells in a inflammatory background. some of the cells are showing nucleomegaly.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The Pap report is showing normal appearing cels on the smear.
There is evidence of infection on the Pap smears due to which inflammatory cells and cells with reactive changes are seen.
Thus, you need to consult your gynecologist for prescription of anti-microbial therapy to control the infection.
The pap test can be repeated after completion of the anti-microbial therapy.
