Hello and welcome to HCM, The Pap report is showing normal appearing cels on the smear. There is evidence of infection on the Pap smears due to which inflammatory cells and cells with reactive changes are seen. Thus, you need to consult your gynecologist for prescription of anti-microbial therapy to control the infection. The pap test can be repeated after completion of the anti-microbial therapy.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
